Just for Pearls Return Policy

We are happy to accept your returns within 30 days of purchase. Custom orders are non-refundable. Items with wear will not be accepted for refunds. All returns need a Return Merchandise Authorization Number and form to ensure proper credit for return. Please email nancy@justforpearls.com for your Return Merchandise Authorization Number and form.

Please mail your item(s) back with the original invoice, Return Merchandise Authorization Number, form and your request noted with the return. Please write RMA # clearly on the outside of your box in black marker and include the RMA form inside the box. Packages without a return merchandise authorization number will not be accepted for refunds.

Just for Pearls will refund the full cost of the item EXCLUDING shipping, handling and insurance charges. Refunds will be made using the method of payment used in the original purchase.

Please note that you are responsible for the cost of shipping your return or exchange to us. Shipping charges are non-refundable. We strongly urge you purchase insurance. This protects you should your item be damaged or lost during shipment to us. We are not responsible for lost packages. Please note that it may take 2-3 weeks for a return to be processed to your credit card.

Exchanges will be charged a $6.50 shipping fee.
